Leadership & Professionalism
Mr. Steve Togher worked on many world-class projects in different parts of the UK and Europe. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2013 to manage large teams on constructing a large part of the West Kowloon terminus station. Steve is a Managing Director of Togher Group ltd specializing in reinforced concrete structures and complex tunnel construction, which he set up in 2017.
